BOOKING PROCEDURE
The following instructions will give you all the information you need to book your holiday:
1) Contact us by e-mail to enquire if the apartment is available on your preferred dates,
2) If available and you so request the apartment will be reserved for your dates,
3) Print off and complete a booking form from the website,
4) Post the booking form to my home address, given to you at the time you reserve the apartment,
5) If there is more than 5 weeks between the date you book the apartment and your date of departure a non – refundable deposit of £100 payable by cheque will be required, this cheque must be received within 1 week of booking the apartment or the apartment will no longer be reserved, the outstanding balance must be paid 5 weeks prior to departure.
6) You will receive a receipt for your deposit within 2 weeks of the funds clearing,
7) If there are less than 5 weeks but more than 1 week between the date you book the apartment and your date of departure, full payment must be paid by cheque,
8) You will receive a receipt for your deposit within 2 weeks of the funds clearing,
9) If there is less than 1 week between the date you book the apartment and your date of departure, you can either, send a cheque by next day recorded delivery or take the money with you to the apartment, and I will arrange for this to be collected.
10) You will receive a receipt for your deposit within 2 weeks of the funds being received.
11) Please indicate if you require a private airport transfer on the booking form, if so payment can be paid in English direct to your transfer when you arrive.
12) All cheques must be made payable to Craig Russon.
